Joe O'Reilly, who is charged with the October 2004 murder of his wife, Rachel, was further remanded on continuing bail today.
The prosecution was granted more time to prepare the book of evidence.
Mr O'Reilly (35), of Lambay View, Baldarragh, The Naul, Co Dublin, appeared briefly at Cloverhill District Court and is next to appear before Swords District Court on December 5th.
