Judgment was reserved by the High Court yesterday on an application to prevent the erection of a transmission mast close to a national school in Easky, Co Sligo. The parents of a number of children attending the school are seeking an order preventing Esat Digifone from erecting a transmission mast within 60 metres of the building.
