A lorry which overturned yesterday morning, spilling 1,000 gallons of petrol on a road near Dungannon, Co Tyrone, was believed to be smuggling fuel. Fire crews sprayed foam over the fuel to prevent it igniting. The driver left the lorry with the engine running after the incident at about 6 a.m. The vehicle was not designed for carrying fuel.
