A file is to be sent to the DPP after a man was arrested in connection with the seizure of counterfeit DVDs and CDs, thought to be worth up to €250,000.
The man, who is in his 50s, was released from Finglas Garda Station last night.
Gardaí seized the counterfeit goods after the search of a vehicle on the North Road in Finglas shortly after 4 p.m. yesterday.
The seizure was made as part of Operation Pine, a cross-border operation between the PSNI and the gardaí.
