A man (36) is due in court this mornnig charged in connection with the seizure last week of €10 million worth of heroin in Belgium.
The drugs were found on a private plane bound for Weston aerodrome, Leixlip, Co Kildare.
The man, who has been in custody in Clondalkin Garda station, will appear before Dublin District Court in Kilmainham.
He was arrested on Tuesday night at Weston where he works. He is a qualified pilot and has an address in Kilmessan, Co Meath.
