A man accused of killing his brother-in-law by running over him with a truck has been found guilty of drunken driving by a jury in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

The jury has yet to return a verdict on the remaining charges of manslaughter and dangerous driving, causing death.

Judge Kieran O'Connor sent the jury to a hotel overnight with instructions that deliberations should begin again this morning.
