Mr Patrick Hennessy (36), of Killaloe, Callan, Co Kilkenny, who is accused of murdering his wife, Marie, on May 12th, was granted personal bail of £500 with an independent surety of £5,000 in the High Court yesterday.
Mr Justice Quirke said Mr Hennessy must live away from the Callan area and stay away from the victim's family. He surrendered his passport.
