Two men who died when their car was involved in a road collision in Co Mayo in the early hours of yesterday morning have been named.
Roy Dodgeson (23), of Rathcluain Village, Kiltimagh Co Mayo, and Seamus Walsh (25) of Goulboy, Kilkelly Rd, Kiltimagh, died shortly after 5 am on the R321 Kiltimagh to Bohola road.
The men were travelling in the same car which went out of control.
It is understood the Toyota MR2 overturned after hitting two walls and a clay embankment before coming to a halt.
The men were taken to Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar where dental records were being checked to help identify them.
Gardai are investigating the cause of the incident.
