Irish-based educational software firm Thirdforce is to buy US firm MindLeaders.com for round $18 million.
Thirdforce said Mindleaders will now operate as wholly owned subsidiary.
According to Thirdforce, the combined firm is now looking at revenues of over €30 million and is targeting further growth in the United States.
The company also confirmed that it is planning to expand its business in Britain and other markets through the introduction of the Mindleaders product range.
