A suicide car bomber hit a convoy of international soldiers in Kabul today, killing three Afghans, police said.
Four other Afghans were wounded in the attack, which targeted two armoured SUVs, causing minor damage to the vehicles.
The attack took place on a road leading to several military bases frequently targeted by bombers.
Militants have increased their use of suicide attacks in the last two years. They typically target Afghan and international police and soldiers, but Afghan civilians are often killed and wounded in the attacks.
