Gardaí today arrested three people in connection with the murder of Noel Crawford in Limerick last year.
A man in his 20s was arrested in Dublin and two women, one in her 20s and the other in her 40s, were arrested in Limerick.
Mr Crawford (40), a father of six, was shot and killed outside his parents' home in the O'Malley Park area of Limerick last December.
The three, who are being held at the Mountjoy, Mayorstone and Roxboro Road Garda stations in Dublin and Limerick, may be detained for up to 72 hours.

Gardaí have now made nine arrests since the murder, which they believe to be a case of mistaken identity.
