Two aircraft in minor Heathrow collision

British Airways (BA) is investigating a "minor collision" involving one of its aircraft at Heathrow airport.

A Sri Lankan Air Line A340 hit a BA Boeing 747 while both were taxiing at around 10.20pm yesterday.

A BA spokesman said the wing tips of two planes hit, and that passengers were offloaded from the carrier's flight, with no injuries.
