Two people were arrested after a collision between two cars in Dublin city centre early this morning in which a person was seriously injured. The crash happened at the junction of Leeson Street and Hatch Street off St Stephen's Green shortly after 1 a.m. and the victim was taken to St James's Hospital. The two people arrested were brought to Harcourt Terrace station for questioning.
