Two killed in US helicopter crash in Iraq

A US Kiowa reconnaisance helicopter crashed in western Iraq today, killing the two crew on board.

A US Army spokesman saidspokesman said the crash appeared to have been caused by a mechanical malfunction rather than hostile fire.
