Gardaí in Galway last night released a woman who had been detained in relation to a hit-and-run incident.
The body of a man in his 60s was discovered at Drumgriffin, Corandulla, Co Galway, at 8.50am yesterday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman in her 30s was arrested in relation to the incident.
A file has been sent to the DPP.
