100 days of happiness

Maybe you've been watching Dr Maureen Gaffney's show on, "How to be happy", which involves a somewhat scientific approach to attaining happiness involving the employment of various techniques and tools in order to change your outlook. You could, on the other hand, take the same approach as design student Graham McMullin. His 100-day project takes handwritten notes with advice on happiness from a variety of people including Malcolm Gladwell and design podcaster Roman Mars. These notes vary from the whimsical ("Watch clips of Ellen") and comforting ("Eat a hotdog") to the profound ("Decide"), and each include photographic proof from McMullin showing him taking the advice.
