Industrial holding group James Crean has said that the High Court has approved the de-merger of its print and packaging division to OakHill Group.

It is expected that a copy of the High Court order sanctioning the scheme of arrangement will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies on August 5th, the company said.

Conditional on this lodgement, the record time and date of the de-merger will be 3.00 p.m. on August 4th.
