Colliers International is quoting €575,000 for 10 Lad Lane, Dublin 2, a two-storey office building extending to 132sq m (1,420sq ft) which is let on a short-term lease at €30,000 per annum.
Colliers says that, although the building is in office use, a purchaser may consider converting it into a residence. The property includes two parking spaces and a secluded rear garden.
Lad Lane is undergoing significant redevelopment with the new LinkedIn headquarters under construction.
