An infill site at Percy Place alongside the Grand Canal in Dublin 4 has just been sold by agent CBRE at the equivalent of €17 million per acre. No 53 Percy Place, which included a derelict former lock-keeper's cottage, was sold for €1.7 million on behalf of Waterways Ireland. The strong price suggests the site has good redevelopment potential.
