Hugh Markey of Lisney is guiding €1.25 million to €1.5 million for a top-class commercial site just north of Ballymun shopping centre in Dublin 11.
The site of 0.54 hectares (1.35 acres) at Main Street in Ballymun is being sold on behalf of the Ballymun Regeneration Ltd and Dublin City
Council.
Its “district centre” zoning will allow it to be used for a range of retail and commercial developments. It is likely to be of interest to a range of buyers including retailers, owner-occupiers, investors, developers and institutional investors.
