Compu B steps into Zerep shoe shop in Galway

The prominent Zerep shoe shop on Galway’s William Street has been let to Apple reseller Compu b which will begin trading next month.

The new trader will pay a rent in the region of €80,000 plus a percentage of the turnover for the building which extends to 256sq m (2,755sq ft).

Simon Plunkett of Douglas Newman Good Commercial handled the letting for the landlord. The same agents have also let the former HMV store at MacDonagh Junction in Kilkenny to fashion retailer Jack & Jones.

The trader will pay a base rent plus a percentage of the turnover for the store which has a floor area of 408sq m (4,392sq ft). Gareth Shiells of Savills acted for the tenant.
