The Dublin-based commercial agents Murphy Mulhall has welcomed the decision by its British property partners Gerald Eve to roll out a new "best in class" real estate alliance network across many European countries.

Gerald Eve International is now represented in 53 offices across 12 countries and is in discussions with more potential affiliates in other parts of Europe.

James Mulhall of Murphy Mulhall said the network of carefully selected European partners was not a quest for world domination but rather a way of offering best in class advice and service in key markets throughout Europe and ultimately beyond.
