Browne Corrigan Chartered Surveyors is seeking €1.5 million for a partially-let Georgian office building and a large commercial mews at 7 Lower Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.

The buildings are almost midway between Fitzwilliam Square and Merrion Square, opposite the soon-to-be redeveloped ESB headquarters. Vacant possession of the Georgian buildings will be available in 2016. When fully let the principal buildings extending to 452sq m (4,865sq ft) should rent for at least €100,000 per annum. The mews has a gross internal area of 252sq m (2,712sq ft) and there are three on-site parking spaces.

Brown Corrigan expects the Georgian properties will be of interest to both private investors and owner-occupiers.
