A four-storey mid-terrace office building at 9 Exchange Place in Dublin’s IFSC is to be offered for sale with vacant possession from early next December.

Tom Fahy of Knight Frank is guiding €1.4 million for the building which has a floor area of 367sq m (3,950sq ft) in a mixture of open plan and cellular office accommodation. With floor plates of around 95sq m (1,022 sq ft), office space can be allocated on a floor-by-floor basis. The building is accessed via a shared internal lobby which is served by a lift. There are two car parking spaces.

One of the attractions of the IFSC building is that it is adjacent to an extensive public transport infrastructure.
