Three new traders, Nandos, Starbucks and Officepods, are due to open for business at Marine Road in Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin.
The lettings follow the granting of planning permission for the former Harbour Bar and Grill to be redeveloped to include two ground floor restaurants and office accommodation on the upper floors.
Nandos restaurant has leased the 424sq m (4,564sq ft) restaurant while Starbucks plans to open a
232sq m (2,497sq ft) coffee shop later this month. The office space above has been let to Dalkey-based Officepods.
Niamh Sheehan of CBRE, who handled the lettings, said the development would lead to the creation of 70 jobs and would provide an annual rent roll of €150,000.
