Regency, the Dublin-based housebuilders run by Aodan Bourke and Patricia Hinch, has secured the approval of An Bord Pleanála for 314 residential units and a creche on a €38 million site at Scholarstown Road in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. The scheme will include three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes along with high-end apartments, due to be launched through selling agents Sherry FitzGerald next spring.

In the meantime, Regency has started construction of 455 houses on a separate site at Hollywood Rath, Hollystown, Dublin 15, which is due to be launched by year-end.
