SuperValu Balally, the anchor store in the Balally Shopping Centre in Sandyford, Dublin 16, goes for sale from today at a guide price of €3.75 million, which will give the next owner an annual return of 6.71 per cent.

Jacqueline Fitzpatrick of agent JLL is handling the sale of the 1,063sq m (11,443sq ft) supermarket, which is let under three different leases to the Musgrave Group with an average period to run of 8½ years. The current rent of €263,200 is subject to upwards-only rent reviews.

The shopping centre is served by 173 free parking spaces and is located in a densely populated area within a kilometre of the Luas stop at Kilmacud. The Musgrave Group has 219 stores nationwide.
