A substantial retail premises in the centre of Malahide Marina in north county Dublin has come on the letting market through CBRE.

A rent of €50,000 is being quoted for the 612sq m (6,587sq ft) unit in the marina which includes a large residential complex, shops, ISI nutritional
centre, restaurant and boatyard for about 170 vessels.

Niamh Sheehan of CBRE says she is expecting interest from a variety of leisure, restaurant and tourist-related occupiers given the unique waterfront location and the availability of a 31-space dedicated car park.
