With residential development sites in the south Dublin suburbs again in demand Knight Frank is guiding €350,000 for 0.77 of an acre with planning permission at Stocking Well in Rathfarnham.
The permission is for the development of 10 two-bedroom apartments and 10 three-bedroom duplex units.
Whoever buys the subject plot is expected to either proceed with the development immediately or seek alternative planning for a housing scheme.
