Irelandoffline, a pressure group campaigning to bring low cost "always-on" internet access to the Republic, will host its first public seminar on August 29th at the Conrad hotel in Dublin.

"The Net Imperative: Improving Internet Access in Ireland" seminar will be opened by the Minister for Public Enterprise, Ms O'Rourke, and feature speeches from Esat and Eircom officials.
