Winter is approaching, and with it the darker nights. One Irish company has come up with a running and walking accessory that could help make your exercise safer, the Bodylite Night Runner LED running belt. Created by Carlow company Cheetah Electronics, it is a rechargeable waist-worn light that is designed for running and walking in darkness, with an adjustable 210-lumen front light and two flashing rear LEDs to make you visible from all angles. You get about five hours of power on high, with 16 hours in low, and the light is water-resistant with an IPX4 rating. It also provides you with some extra storage for carrying your phone, keys and other running essentials.
