Ingredients
- 200g rainbow/Swiss chard
- 30g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- Splash of water
- Sea salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Heat a large frying pan and add the butter. When the butter is melted add the garlic and chilli and fry over a medium heat for one minute.
- Add the chard and a splash of water, and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, turning the chard regularly with a spoon. Season with salt, then place onto a serving plate and garnish with the lemon zest
