Ingredients
- 2 tsp wasabi paste
- 2 tsp miso paste
- knob of peeled, grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 25g sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp tamari
- splash water
Make the dressing by whisking together all the ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
