Ingredients
- 2 generous portions1 medium fresh beetroot, trimmed and peeled
- 1 avocado
- Half a cucumber
- 1 apple
- 200ml water
- Flesh of one whole lemon
- Flesh of one whole lime
- Big knob ginger, peeled
