Ingredients

- 300 ml double cream
- 175 g condensed milk
- 2 tbsp espresso powder
- 30 ml Tia Maria
Mix everything together and freeze in plastic container. Yes that is it. Taste it before you freeze it and adjust, but I found it perfect and did not require extra sugar. Do not mess with this recipe from Nigella. It is perfection. Makes about 800 ml ice cream, which is enough for 4-6 portions if served with stuff.
