Ingredients
- (serves 4 as accompaniment)
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp miso
- good splash olive oil
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped
In a bowl, gently mix the miso and olive oil together until you get something dressing-like in consistency.
Then add in the chopped tomatoes, onion and spring onions. Toss well to mix together and serve.
