AIB Investment Managers has secured in excess of £1.1 million for a retail investment at 117 Patrick Street, Cork, which will show a yield of around 5 per cent for a private investor. Agent Donal O Buachalla had been quoting £900,000 for the 2,500 sq ft building, which has 700 sq ft on the ground floor. It is let to JWT at a rent of £38,000 per annum. A rent review is due next month.
