Dunloe Ewart is in discussion with an internationally renowned technology company to pre-let a 60,000 sq ft building in the proposed Science & Technology Park at Cherrywood, Co Dublin.

The company has sought planning permission for the first phase of the scheme, which will have 105,000 sq ft in mainly three-storey buildings. The completed value of the first phase will be £30 million. The company is also expected to lodge a planning application in the coming months for subsequent phases of the park, which will have 550,000 sq ft of space. On completion of the park, which is a joint venture between Dunloe Ewart and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, the development is expected to have a value of around £100 million.
