Bray: Apartments, duplexes and townhouses are going on sale this weekend in the final phase of Saran Wood, a popular McInerney development off Killarney Road in Bray, Co Wicklow.
Four show units will be open for viewing and representatives of selling agent Hamilton Osborne King will be on hand to take booking deposits.
Just 30 units remain for sale out of the 120 in the entire scheme. Two-bedroom apartments of 63-68 sq m (678-723 sq ft) start at €285,000. Three-bedroom townhouses of 86-111 sq m (916-1,121 sq ft) cost from €333,300 and three-bedroom duplex units of 108-118 sq m (1,157-1,190 sq ft) are from €325,000.
There are two distinct styles of three-bedroom house. One is billed as an ideal starter home, with an en suite off the main bedroom and good-sized living space. A larger three-bedroom house is expected to suit upgraders.
Apartments and duplexes have the benefit of own front doors. The apartments are at ground floor level, with a terrace facing the communal garden. Three-bedroom duplexes are particularly spacious, with at least one balcony and generous living accommodation.
Viewing starts tomorrow and continues on Saturday and Sunday.
