Lot 158, an 18th-century Chinese blue-and-white brush pot €19,000 (€4,000-€6,000); Lot 219, a Victorian giltwood overmantel mirror €8,500 (€3,000-€5,000); Lot 200, a pair of Regency rosewood console tables €8,500 (€3,000-€5,000); Lot 150, a 19th-century Japanese six-fold dividing screen (from the collection of the late Anne Bullitt) €7,500 (€800-€1,200); Lot 155, a Chinese blue-and-white Kangxi vase €6,500 (€3,000-€5,000); Lot 220, a William IV mahogany serving table €5,700 (€600-€800); Lot 351, a set of 8 Art Déco chairs, upholstered in geometric cream and black motif, €3,200 (€2,000-€4,000).

Wednesday (June 21st): O'Reilly's Auction Rooms, Francis Street, Dublin 8. Auction of Jewellery, Watches & Silver. Lot 300, a pair of diamond solitaire earrings €44,000 (€45,000-€50,000); Lot 204, a Victorian diamond "open-crescent" brooch, mounted in silver topped 18ct yellow gold, in fitted case €15,000 (€9,000-€12,000).

Period furniture, silver, jewellery and art including Lot 9, a rosewood Campaign secretaire chest €1,600-€1,800 ; Lot 12, a cased French desk set with seal, letter-opener, book-marker, pencil and pen decorated in the Art Nouveau style €300-€400 ; and, Lot 204, a vintage Dior necklace €300-€400.

Tuesday (June 27th): Sworders' Fine Art Auctioneers, Stansted, Essex, England. The Summer Country House Sale includes Lot 199 – A domed-top box, South German, 16th century, inlaid with 273 small bone panels engraved with scenes of hunting with dogs and falcons, also rabbits, hares, birds, lions, tortoises, and snails. The provenance is catalogued as Brackenstown House, Swords, Co Dublin, former home of the aristocratic Molesworth family who gave their name to the street in Dublin. (£3,000-£5,000 – €3.4k-€5.7k).
