Monkstown/€850,000: The Lodge, at Richmond Green in Monkstown, Co Dublin has all the finer points of the big house ballroom it once was.

The en suite, which has a panelled wood ceiling and Velux, is also oak-floored. It has a wash-hand basin, shower, toilet and decorative black and white tiling.
A notable feature is the full storage room running beneath the main bedroom and en suite reached via a trap door in the floor en suite. Two of the other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes while a third, small bedroom has built-in shelving. The family bathroom has a bath with shower. The enclosed courtyard has a picturesque shed used for utility and storage. There is car-parking for two cars.
