When Niamh and Enda O'Connor purchased their current home at 14 Mountainview Park in Greystones in 2004, the interior of the house had an L-shaped layout, was difficult to heat and the bedrooms lay to the rear. "In 2006 we knocked the entire thing with only one wall remaining," says quantity surveyor Enda.
