Bloomfield Avenue is one of Portobello’s best addresses, running from St Kevin’s church, on the corner of South Circular Road to Lock’s restaurant which fronts onto the Grand Canal. Last November number one Bloomfield, an end-of terrace, came to market seeking €850,000 and is understood to be sale agreed above that sum.
Number 40, on the other side of the street and a property that had been extended, sold for €965,000 last May. There is on street disc parking.
