In Dublin 8, Savills Hamilton Osborne King has sold a number of properties. A three-bed mid-terrace house, 13 Portobello Harbour, Portobello, sold for region €740,000; a two-bed apartment, 110 Parkgate Place, Parkgate Street, sold for €405,000; and a three-bed mid-terrace house, 18 Rehoboth Place, South Circular Road, sold for over €550,000. The same agent has also sold 298 Custom House Harbour, Dublin 1 - a two-bedroom apartment - for around €550,000.
In Dublin 3, 1 Hollybrook Mews, Hollybrook Park, Clontarf - a one-bed ground floor apartment with underground parking - sold for region €340,000 through Gunne Residential. The same agent secured around €730,000 for 11 Mount Prospect House, Clontarf, a two-bed penthouse; and around €625,000 for a three-bed mid-terrace house, 44 Clontarf Park, Clontarf, Dublin 3.
Still in Dublin 3, a two-bed end-terrace house, 72 Tolka Road, off Clonliffe Road, sold for region €425,000 through Lisney.
Gunne Residential sold a one-bed apartment - 15 Richmond Square, off North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7 - for over €317,000. Also in Dublin 7, a five-bed redbrick mid-terrace house over three levels - 126 Cabra Park, Phibsboro - sold for around €775,000 through Lisney. The same agent sold a three-bed duplex at 38 Addison Avenue, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, for region €620,000.
In north County Dublin, a four-bed detached house - 45 Forest Crescent, Rivervalley, Swords - sold for over €490,000 through Gunne Residential, and a three-bed semi at 53 Forest Court, Rivervalley, Swords, made region €375,000 through the same agent. Gunne Residential also secured over €435,000 for 6 Drynam Road, Swords, a two-bed semi-detached bungalow.
A two-bed ground floor apartment - 9 Old Connaught House, Rathmichael, Co Dublin - sold for around €415,000 through Douglas Newman Good. The same agent sold 5 Glanmore Castle, Devils Glen, Ashford, Co Wicklow, a four-bed refurbished and restored wing of an 18th century castle, for region €1.1 million. Also in Co Wicklow, a four-bed detached house, Crannagh on Old Soldiers Road, Bray, made region €725,000 through Douglas Newman Good.
In country sales, Springfort, Kanturk, Co Cork, a four-bed Georgian house on 50 acres, sold for region €1.75 million through Ganly Walters.
