DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location: Old Wesley Rugby Club, Kilgobbin Lane, Stepaside, Dublin 18. Location: Sandyford Gateway at Beacon Court, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Sandyford, Dublin 18. Location: lands at Brighton Road, Leopardstown Road, Foxrock, Dublin 18. Proposed development: 49 detached houses (21 four-beds, seven five-beds and 21 six- beds) ranging in height from two to four storeys. A total of 84 car-parking spaces together with 17 visitor car-parking spaces and all landscaping and associated site development works. Applicant: Castlethorn Construction.

Location: The Old School House, Eblana Avenue, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish Old School House building and 3 Eblana Avenue for a mixed-use residential/commercial development. Three-storeys to the block adjacent to 4 Eblana Avenue, four storeys to the block adjacent to rear of 2-9 Marine Road, five storeys to the Harbourmasters Lodge/council office blocks and five storeys plus two setback penthouse levels to the Eblana Avenue blocks. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Kilmacud House (protected structure), Upper Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish two-storey extension to the house, all outbuildings and metal fire escapes on the original house, concrete flat asphalt roof on the original house and concrete block front wall and gates to Kilmacud Road. Location: Taney Lawn Tennis Club, Belgravia, 9A Victoria Terrace, Cranford, Taney Park and Lisheen, Taney Park, Dundrum, Dublin 14. FINGAL

Location: Stapolin townland, Grange Road, Baldoyle, Dublin 13. Proposed development: 453 residential units, crèche, underground and surface car-parking, civic park, and associated landscaping and works as a further phase in the development of the Baldoyle/Portmarnock Action Plan Lands at Stapolin village. The residential element will consist of seven multi-storey urban blocks, one sector of two-storey semi-detached dwellings and one sector of three-storey terraced dwellings. Applicant: Helsingor Ltd.

DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Garryknock and Sunday's Well, Carpenterstown Road, Dublin 15. Proposed development: 147 residential units with a crèche in a range of one, two, three and four-storey buildings. The development will comprise of 51 apartments (42 two-beds and nine three-beds) in two four-storey blocks; six six-bedroom detached units; 79 five-bed and five four-bedroom semi-detached units; five five-bedroom and one four-bedroom terrace and end-terrace units; a one and two-storey crèche, site development and landscaping works, including the demolition of two dwellings (Garryknocka and Sunday's Well). DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL

Location: rear of Russell Court Hotel, 21-25 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. Proposed development: new five-storey building over basement levels on Camden Place which will be linked to the rear of modern extension at rear of Russell Court Hotel. Proposed extension will consist of a conference and banqueting room, servery and ancillary services at ground floor level, 35 guest bedrooms and ancillary facilities at first, second, third and fourth floor levels with 38 underground car-parking spaces and associated site development works. Location: 41 St Stephen's Green, Dublin 2. Proposed development: change of use of office to members' club to include extension to fire escape stair landing at first and second floor to rear; create fire escape door at first and second floor return; widen pedestrian access in rear boundary wall for fire escape; alter elevation to single storey extension to rear; internal alterations to include new stairs from basement to ground, provision of new toilets at basement, ground, first and second floors, restoration of original front reception room, and new door at second floor of four-storey terraced building which is a protected structure. Location: 1.13-hectare site comprising the Crosson Open Cars dealership, a Shell petrol filling station and forecourt, and lands to the south of the Shell petrol filling station, all at Newtown, Malahide Road, Dublin 17. Proposed development: development from five to eight storeys with 198 residential units, 6,510sq m (70,073sq ft) of retail accommodation consisting of six retail units; 6,150sq m (66,200sq ft) of office space; 325sq m (3,498sq ft) of crèche accommodation with 422 car-parking spaces at basement level. Location: 22-23 Cumberland Street South, Dublin 2. Proposed development: demolish two-storey building for a four-storey building with modifications to basement, three office units, four apartments and proposed roof garden complete with single storey access to the roof to include one bike store and apartment/office storage units to the basement complete with access stairs.
