Twelve Section 23 tax-break holiday homes have been launched through Savills Hamilton Osborne King in the second phase of the Woodstock Demesne development at Druid's Glen Golf Club in Co Wicklow. The 131-140sq m (1,400-1,506sq ft) three-bedroom townhouses will cost from €899,000.

The houses, part of a development of 40 being built by McInerney Homes on the Druid's Glen estate near Kilcoole, Co Wicklow, come with a four-star Bord Fáilte-approved fit-out and a guaranteed rent of €20,000 per year for 10 years. Buyers are entitled to life membership in the golf club (for an annual fee of €2,200).

The houses are close to the Marriott Hotel, which is part of the Druids Glen complex, and all have views of the golf course. Features of the houses include central vacuuming and underfloor heating in bathrooms and en suites.

Twenty-four of the 40 houses in the development will be permanent homes and 16 are regarded as holiday homes. Larger four and five-bedroom 242-297sq m (2,600-3,200sq ft) family houses on sites ranging from one-quarter to three-quarters of an acre will be launched next month.
