An RUC detective is to lead an inquiry into attempted child abductions in the North. The RUC has received nine reports of attempted abductions in the last fortnight.
In the latest incident in north Belfast, a man believed to be driving a red Ford Fiesta tried to entice an eight-year-old girl into the car.
