Clerical and administrative staff at Kildare VEC will begin an all-out strike today after the Department of Education refused to agree a formula for reviewing staff numbers and structures.
Their trade union, IMPACT, claimed yesterday the Department wanted to include the Kildare VEC problem as part of a national review, which could postpone the resolution of the problem by a further two years.
