The singer Jerry Lee Lewis has three weeks to lodge documents in the Supreme Court before an order striking out his appeal against an $81,930 judgment in favour of a German concert promotion company comes into effect.

The court struck out an appeal by Mr Lewis against a High Court judgment for $81,930 in favour of Neue Constantin Film Production GmbH, a German production company, against the singer.

Costs were awarded to the company.
