An east Belfast man has been injured during a robbery at his home overnight.
Three men, one of whom was carrying a pistol, attacked the man (34) in his house off the Old Holywood Road.
The man was hit several times about the head while his assailants ransacked the house before escaping in a car. The victim was treated in hospital for his injuries.
Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them.
